What you get

  1. You set your rate
We only send projects that match it. No negotiation games, no lowballing.
  2. 2 weeks worked, 2 weeks paid
No chasing invoices. No 60-day payment terms. Predictable cash flow.
  3. Email-based workflow
No dashboards to babysit. No time trackers. Communication happens where it should.
  4. Small roster
We reach out when there's a real fit, not spam. Quality over quantity.

What we're looking for

We're building a small pool of developers who can handle the full spectrum. Full-stack (React/Next.js + Node/NestJS), backend-heavy (APIs, data pipelines, system design), or DevOps/Cloud (K8s, Terraform, AWS/GCP). Based in Americas or Europe. Clear communicators who deliver what they commit to. We're not looking for 100 developers. We're looking for 10 good ones.

1. Apply

Share your background, tech stack, and rate. Takes 5 minutes. No cover letter needed.

2. Quick call

15 minutes to make sure we're aligned. No whiteboard interviews, no trick questions. Just a conversation.

3. Join the roster

When we have a matching project, you get first dibs. No obligation, no exclusivity. Just opportunities that fit.

Why this exists

Built by a dev, for devs

I'm a developer running a small agency. I've worked with contractors for years. The good ones are rare, and the platforms make everything harder than it needs to be. This is my attempt to do it differently: find a handful of excellent developers, pay them fairly and quickly, and keep everything simple. No middleman bureaucracy, no platform fees eating your rate, no jumping through hoops.

Questions

What's your cut?

I add a markup to your rate when billing clients. You set your rate, you get your rate. The markup is my business, not a fee taken from you.

Do I need to be available full-time?

No. We try to get part-time and full-time projects, but we also have smaller projects that might take 10-15 hours to build and be well paid. You decide what fits your schedule.

What kind of projects?

Mostly TypeScript-based work: full-stack web apps, APIs, cloud infrastructure, DevOps automation. Clients range from startups to established companies needing specialized help.

What if I'm not available when you reach out?

No problem. Just let me know your availability changed. I'll reach out again when the next fitting project comes up.
